- Account Data (UserSpice): username, email, hashed password, basic profile fields, preferences, IP for security logs.
- Order & Shipping Data: name, email, address, phone (optional), ordered items, print size/options, delivery method.
- Payment Data: processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe provides us a transaction ID and status.
- Uploaded Content: images you upload for printing and any related metadata (e.g., filename, size, timestamps).
- Usage & Device Data: basic logs, IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and troubleshooting.
- Cookies: session cookies to keep you logged in and to maintain your cart/order flow.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and secure your account (authentication, fraud prevention, abuse detection).
- Process orders, payments, printing, packaging, and shipping.
- Send essential emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices).
- Improve site reliability, performance, and user experience.
